"You Are Not Alone" Guides

The “You Are Not Alone” Guides have been created by the Office of Prevention & Education at Northeastern (OPEN) to offer an expanded overview of the resources and options available to students impacted by sexual violence. These guides contain information on topics such as confidential support services, time-sensitive medical care, reporting options, and more.

"We Believe You" Guide

The “We Believe You” Guide contains educational information about the impacts sexual trauma as well as coping tools and suggestions for survivors of sexual violence. Topics include: the impact of trauma on the brain; coping and grounding skills; understanding the emotional, physical, and interpersonal impacts of sexual trauma; seeking counseling and healing, and more.
